DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS
Applications will NOT be accepted after June 7, 2019 (or earlier if all spaces are reserved).
Space assignments are determined on a first come, first paid basis (as applications are received). Space assignment and confirmation will be emailed to you after May 31, 2019. Packets will be available for you at check-in.
In order to assign you the best space possible, we need to know which side of your trailer you serve from. Using the diagram below, tell us in the application whether you serve from Side A or Side B relative to your trailer hitch.
Vendors are responsible for providing tables, chairs, and all other materials. Tents and potential blow away items MUST be secured. ALL VENDORS must set up on Friday, June 14th. Set-up times are still TBD (You will receive and email). No set ups allowed on Saturday, June 15th.
Electricity is not available. You will be fined if you are caught hooking up to a local business or city electrical outlets. Quiet generators are allowed. PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space, generator noise can be a nuisance. Every attempt is made to isolate/consolidate generators so noise is contained in a single area. Please assist us with this by indicating potential generator use on the application.
We hope to provide water for vendors. This info will be in your welcome packet (available at check-in). Bring jugs and buckets so you can transport water to your space. No one is allowed to hook up to the outdoor water spigots of downtown businesses!
Vendors MUST dispose of or remove all trash, products, product packaging, etc., prior to departing, and leave your space as clean as upon arrival. A clean-up fee of $25 will be incurred if the area does not pass end-of-show inspection.
YOU MAY NOT LEAVE UNTIL A FESTIVAL DIRECTOR HAS INSPECTED YOUR SPACE AND DECLARED THAT YOU MAY LEAVE THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS EARLY. POLICE OFFICERS WILL BE ON DUTY! YOU MAY BEGIN LOADOUT BY CARRYING OUT ITEMS AT 4 PM, BUT CARS/TRUCKS/VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE FESTIVAL AREA. UNTIL 5:00 PM JUNE 8th.
